Fundado por Nicolas Rolin y su esposa Guigone de Salins para acoger a los m\u00e1s desfavorecidos en plena guerra de los Cien A\u00f1os, el H\u00f4tel-Dieu une una misi\u00f3n caritativa a un patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico flam\u00edgero, coronado por sus c\u00e9lebres tejados policromados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las generosas donaciones de vi\u00f1as convirtieron pronto el hospital en un dominio vit\u00edcola: ya en 1457, Jean Guillotte le Verrier fue el primer donante de vi\u00f1edos, dando origen al Domaine des Hospices de Beaune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy declarado monumento hist\u00f3rico y convertido en museo, el edificio recibe cada a\u00f1o a miles de visitantes que vienen a admirar la <strong>Grande Salle<\/strong>, el arte flamenco y el pol\u00edptico del Juicio Final, obra emblem\u00e1tica de Rogier van der Weyden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dominio, de unas 60 hect\u00e1reas, elabora cuv\u00e9es procedentes de parcelas a menudo legadas de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n. Desde 2024 cuenta con certificaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica, pese a una a\u00f1ada 2024 complicada, marcada por lluvias persistentes, heladas y mildiu: una cosecha reducida, pero de una calidad considerada buena por la directora t\u00e9cnica Ludivine Griveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada tercer domingo de noviembre, la subasta de vinos de los Hospices sigue siendo un acontecimiento mundial. En 2023 se ofrecieron 438 barricas, entre ellas la famosa pi\u00e8ce des pr\u00e9sidents, y la recaudaci\u00f3n contribuye a financiar el hospital p\u00fablico local y sus residencias de
