It brings together more than <strong>448 gourmet stops<\/strong>: producers, workshops, tastings and characterful places to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The route has established itself as a showcase for French terroir, celebrating the gastronomic way of life of each region: cheese dairies, chocolate makers, truffles, oils, wines, markets and wine-tasting experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One essential stretch runs through Burgundy, where wine trails, regional cooking (snails, gingerbread, mustard) and a remarkable winemaking and
